We ship worldwide to most countries. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., you're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country—those aren't included in our prices or shipping costs. Delays from customs are beyond our control, so check your local import rules before ordering.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our site. If you don't receive tracking info within 3 business days after ordering, reach out to us at support@caraway.com.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Choose from these shipping options when you check out—perfect for busy parents or pros who need their cookware fast but still want a great deal:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days. Free on all orders—no minimums.
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days. Available for domestic orders if you need it quicker.
  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days, depending on the destination. Customs can add time, and we can't control that.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier quirks, and other factors can shake things up.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Some products can't ship everywhere due to local rules. We can cancel orders if we can't legally or logistically deliver to your address. For express shipping, we skip P.O. boxes.

8. Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address before hitting order—we're not responsible for lost packages due to wrong or incomplete info you provide. If a package bounces back because of an incorrect address, you'll pay to have it resent.

During sales or peak seasons (like holidays), it might take an extra 1-2 days to get your non-toxic cookware out the door. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order goes missing or shows up damaged, email us at support@caraway.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll dig into it with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or refund. Hang onto the packaging and snap photos of any damage for our claims team.

Free shipping on every order, domestic and international. For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are on you—just a heads-up to factor that in.
