Terms of Service Agreement
Last updated: 2026-05-22
We’re glad you’re here. Before you explore our kitchen gear, please read these Terms of Service (or “Terms”) carefully. They govern your use of the website at https://caraway.com (the “Service”), run by Caraway (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through the Service, you confirm you’re legally able to enter into binding contracts. All orders depend on product availability and price confirmation. We may cancel any order at any time—for instance, if a product is unavailable, there’s an error in pricing or description, or we suspect fraud. Full payment is needed before we start processing your order. Because we know you’re budget-conscious, we work hard to keep our pricing clear and fair, but prices are listed in USD and don’t include taxes or shipping—those charges appear at checkout.
2. Products and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and prices on our Service can change without notice. We may modify or stop selling any product at any time. We aim to offer non-toxic, durable cookware at great value, but we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. For health-focused parents and professionals like you, we prioritize safety and smart design, so if a product doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll adjust our offerings accordingly.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you promise to give us accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Not doing so breaks these Terms and could lead to immediate account termination. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Don’t share your password with anyone—it’s your kitchen key. This is especially important if you’re juggling family schedules and online orders.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Service. That means you won’t:
- Use it for anything illegal or to encourage others to break the law
- Violate any international, federal, state, or local laws
- Infringe on our intellectual property rights or anyone else’s
- Submit false or misleading info
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Mess with the Service’s security features
- Automate access, like scraping or data mining
5. Limitation of Liability
Caraway—including our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates—won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This covers lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For your peace of mind, we stand by our products, but this is the limit of our responsibility.
6. Disclaimer
You use the Service at your own risk. It’s provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, whether express or implied. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We believe in transparency, so no surprises here.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Caraway or our licensors. They’re protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress can’t be used with any product or service without our written permission. You can’t reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express okay. Respect our design—we’ve put a lot of care into it.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws where Caraway is registered, ignoring conflict-of-law rules. If we don’t enforce a right or provision, that doesn’t waive it. We take our legal commitments seriously, and we hope you do too.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time at our discretion. If a change is significant, we’ll notify you at least 30 days before it takes effect. What’s “significant” is our call. By continuing to use the Service after changes start, you agree to the new terms. Keep an eye on this page—we’ll make it easy for busy parents and professionals.
